Nora is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor with a decade of experience in the nutrition field. Nora has helped thousands of individuals nationwide improve their nutritional status. She is particularly passionate about helping people cultivate a healthy relationship with food and their body, without resorting to fad diets. 

Nora specializes in providing evidence-based, personalized nutrition counseling to individuals of all ages seeking help with eating disorders, disordered eating, ditching yo-yo dieting, emotional/stress eating, chronic disease management/prevention (type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol), weight concerns, and general nutrition.

Nora is flexible and meets people where they are at. She practices from a weight inclusive and all-foods-fit approach. 

She empowers individuals to honor their health and nutrition mindfully, focusing on long-term sustainable changes. She teaches individuals that they can be flexible with food choices while improving bloodwork or medical conditions.
